Our rich experience of exportation in plastic molds manufacture strengthen our skill of mold design; also, our ability is much higher than other manufacturers, we select different kinds of steel materials for our molds, including full hard steel materials like STAVAX ESR-S136, M333ESR and H-13, 1.2344, pre-hardened steel materials like 718S, 718H, NAK 80, P20, P20HH and 1.2311, mold base materials like S55C, 1.1730 and P1. When we export the molds, we always enclose certificates of materials and ensure the times of operation.
