We always pay attention to the design and durability of molds, balanced water cooling system, fine exhaust scheme and selection of steel for molds.
Fine mold design, durability and well-selected steel are factors to extend the longevity of molds. Our rich experience of exportation in molds manufacture strengthen our skill of mold design; also, our ability is much higher than other manufacturers, we select different kinds of steel materials for our molds, including full hard steel materials like STAVAX ESR-S136, M333ESR and H-13, 1.2344, pre-hardened steel materials like 718S, 718H, NAK 80, P20, P20HH and 1.2311, mold base materials like S55C, 1.1730 and P1. When we export the molds, we always enclose certificates of materials and ensure the times of operation, only by well-design and good mold manufacture make us passed the test of long-term and great quantity’s production. 
In the section of design, we pay attention to balanced water cooling system and air vent device. When we injection molding, cooling time of plastic takes about 70% to 80% of cycle time. Balanced water cooling system can reduce the cycle time, avoid deformation, improve the productivity and reduce the costs.
